Peer Review Statement

The International Journal of Law and Jurisprudence follows a rigorous and impartial peer-review process to ensure the academic quality, originality, and relevance of published manuscripts. All submitted manuscripts are first examined by the editorial team to determine their suitability for the journal’s scope, basic quality, originality, and compliance with submission requirements. Manuscripts that meet the initial requirements may be sent to qualified independent reviewers with relevant expertise in the subject area.
The journal follows a double-blind peer-review process, wherever practicable, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential during the review process. Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, and independent assessments of the manuscript, focusing on its originality, academic contribution, methodology or legal analysis, clarity, use of relevant literature and legal authorities, and overall scholarly quality. Reviewers should disclose any potential conflict of interest and maintain the confidentiality of all materials received for review.
Based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the editorial assessment, a manuscript may be accepted, accepted subject to revisions, returned for major revisions, or rejected. Authors may be asked to respond to reviewers’ comments and revise their manuscripts before a final decision is made. The final decision regarding publication rests with the editorial board. The journal does not guarantee acceptance of any submission, and the completion of peer review does not itself constitute a guarantee of publication.
