Plagiarism Statement

The International Journal of Law and Jurisprudence considers plagiarism and all forms of academic misconduct to be unacceptable. All submitted manuscripts must be original and must properly acknowledge the ideas, words, data, arguments, and other contributions of other authors. Manuscripts may be checked for plagiarism or substantial similarity using appropriate plagiarism-detection tools during the editorial process.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions are free from plagiarism, duplicate publication, self-plagiarism, fabricated references, and other forms of unethical academic practice. Any material taken from another source must be appropriately cited, and direct quotations must be clearly identified. If plagiarism or significant unattributed overlap is identified, the journal may reject the manuscript or take appropriate corrective action in accordance with its publication ethics procedures.
Where plagiarism is discovered after publication, the journal reserves the right to investigate the matter and, where necessary, publish a correction, clarification, or retraction. The journal expects all authors to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity and takes allegations of plagiarism seriously.
